Spending Christmas in the snowy mountains was amazing, and the hotel made it even better! The ski-in/ski-out location, just a few meters from the slopes, made it easy to get straight onto the gondola, while the fresh bread delivery each morning was a great start to the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, always there when we needed them. The warm and comfortable apartment, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay, completed the experience.
The Wi-Fi wasn't great. While it was advertised as free, we only got a small amount of data which only worked on one device.

The location was perfect, so close to the ski slopes and a short walk to the main street. I also appreciated the free parking and convenient transportation options. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast provided was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the variety of options and freshly made eggs.
It was all superb.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main street, ski slopes, and the beautiful forest. The hotel provided top-notch service, from housekeeping to laundry to shuttle service. The room amenities were impressive, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, a cozy sitting area, and a lovely terrace with a dining table. The free toiletries and well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more comfortable. We enjoyed watching movies on the flat-screen TV and appreciated the choice of carpeted or parquet floors. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, and we loved relaxing in the sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath at the spa center. The free Wi-Fi and ample parking were also a great bonus. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Located close to the forest, this hotel is a good choice for nature lovers. the downhill walk to the main street can be tiring but worth the effort. Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Breakfast offers a variety of choices and is served on time. Ski slopes are easily reachable. the ski room is convenient for storing equipment.
The staff could use some improvement in their hospitality skills.

The breakfast was decent with a variety of items to choose from and hot coffee was available which was a lifesaver. the hotel is located in a nice quiet area that's not too far from the shopping district which was convenient. the ski, in, ski, out experience was easily accessible and convenient for those looking to hit the slopes.
The pillows were very thin and the bed was quite uncomfortable, which made sleeping difficult. the location of the hotel was quite a hike uphill from the shopping district and some restaurants which made it hard to get around without a car.
